πŸ’ Close Date: All items close at MIDNIGHT CST on the date that is listed with each drop. Most pre-order items close on Fridays, unless discussed otherwise.
πŸ’ Turnaround time: Majority items are all preorders. Unless the item is posted as β€œIN STOCK”. TAT is 10 days. The whole window is 3-4 prep days. If you order has clothing add 3 days. Once the tracking is provided we receive the package within 1–3 days. Unless a delay is mentioned.
🎲Shipping: Please keep in mind that I do not control the mail couriers from either sides and will NOT offer refunds for anything outside of my control. I do my best to keep updates about pre-order items through ORDER UPDATES in my group. πŸ’
🎱Customer Service: All items undergo a thorough quality check & inspection before being sent out. You will also receive photos of your item(s) prior to them being shipped/set out for pickup. In the case that you receive a damaged item, send me a message THE DAY OF PICKUP/ARRIVAL WITH PHOTOS. If you receive a damaged item, I will reorder the item, or store credit will be issued if your item is unable to be reordered. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response. Not liking your item or improper fit of an item DOES NOT QUALIFY as a damaged item.
πŸ’Returns: Once your item is delivered or picked up, you have 1 day to respond to me about improper fit of an item. NOT LIKING YOUR ITEM DOES NOT QUALIFY AS IMPROPER FIT. If a direct exchange or reorder for your item is possible, that will be the FIRST option. Items MUST be unworn and undamaged with tags if any. Otherwise, store credit will be issued in the exact amount of your original purchase.
🎲Shipping Method: All orders are shipped through the postal service. Shipping is flat based on your package. I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once packages have been marked as shipped, there is very little that I can do. If you have problems with delivery, please reach out to your local post office to receive exact drop off coordinates. You may also reach out to me and I will help the best that I can. I am currently shipping all days of the business week (M-F) as packages arrive to me.
🎱Pickups: Pickup is currently offered at 1 location: Lubbock. Otherwise, an additional $6 shipping fee will be applied to your total amount. Pickups are out 8am-9pm at the locations provided.
πŸ’Payment: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal & Invoices that allow you to pay with Cash App & afterpay. Those are my ONLY methods of payment at this time. Payments are due within 1hr. of claiming an item. Failure to do so will result in your item being forfeited. I will NOT order items without payment first being received.
πŸ›‘βŒβŒβŒ 3 strike rule: claiming items & failing to send payment will result in removal from the group after your 3rd strike.
🎱On Hand Items: payment for on hand items is due 100%, in full, at the time of claiming. Payment must be sent within 1hr. of claiming or your item will be forfeited and I will move on to the next person.
🎲Quality: I do my best to get real life photos from my vendor(s), take my own photos, or have customers send pics! If you do not see one in the post and would like an IRL photo feel free to request one by commenting on the post or directly messaging me! Please be advised: all I N S P I R E D items are one/one quality, or higher (mirror quality) if requested. These items are NOT authentic, but are highest quality next to authentic. Quality of items will be listed on every post. Please be advised, lnsplr3d items are NOT authentic. I will not send refunds for not liking them.
🎱Hours of Operation: I am running my business night and day, 5 days a week. I am also a stay at home mommy to 4, with a dog and husband. I do my best to respond to messages & comments and get packages out the door quickly. πŸ’ Please be respectful of my time. I am a one woman show & I work extremely hard to provide the best customer service for you 🎲
🎲 Refunds: NO REFUNDS are given for anything that is outside of my control.
πŸ’ Deadlines are FIRM- once an order is β€œclosed”, adding additional items often results in longer TAT, which is something I seek to avoid.

I am a human being. I am a woman just juggling a business, an 4 tiny human, a home, and a husband. As much as I try to avoid it, I will make mistakes and things outside of my control may occur. But rest assured! YOU are the backbone of this business and my goal is ALWAYS to make sure you are taken care of. I am extremely flexible and accommodating, and have set these policies in place to help us both have a fun shopping experience πŸ’
